Position Overview

The Pricebook Specialist is responsible to manage and maintain retail pricing, oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate the pricebook’s integration with the POS and accounting systems, and for procurement of UPC and other related item information from suppliers. The Pricebook Specialist supports the functional integration of the price book and POS devices and requires working in conjunction with the management team at the stores to ensure data accuracy.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinating new item set up, cost, retail and promotional pricing and PLUs
• Monitoring and troubleshooting price book downloads daily to ensure the most accurate information
• Enter price changes, margin changes, and other tasks related to operations
• Work directly with store managers to provide technical guidance and training with systems
• Work with PDI and POS systems to ensure proper product placement, pricing and organization in systems
• Manage all coupon and promotional pricing roll outs
• Manage and maintain all pricing and promotions on the Neon Rewards app including troubleshooting and communicating with vendors

Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience working with Pricebook, PDI and POS systems
• 2-3 years experience data analysis
• Highly Organized
• Excellent communication skills
